The following Terms and Conditions apply when using your SMSRoaming account. By registering an account you are automatically deemed to have accepted this agreement.
You agree that the information you provide when registering with SMSRoaming is accurate, correct, and your own. You agree that if your information should change at any time then you will update your account as appropriate.
You agree that the credit/debit card details you enter are accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge and ability, and that they represent an account in your own name. SMSRoaming operates both automatic and manual fraud prevention measures and there may be a delay when purchasing credits if manual authentication is required.
Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase; the remaining account balance minus a 10% administration fee will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase on request to customer services.
It is illegal to send abusive or otherwise harmful messages. All account actions are logged and deemed to be the responsibility of the account holder. It is your responsibility to ensure your login details remain secure and are not used by anyone else. If you suspect your details have been compromised, you should change your password immediately.
Any attempt to abuse the system through use of improper actions or other methods is strictly forbidden. Causing disruption to the service or other users, using false credit/debit card information or account details, or gaining more credits than you are entitled to will lead to criminal prosecution.
SMSRoaming cannot be held responsible for any data loss which occurs conce ing your account. You are responsible for your stored data and as such you should keep backups of anything important in case it cannot be recovered.
SMS credit purchased will not expire as long as you are subscribed to package.
SMSRoaming cannot guarantee delivery of SMS as the service is dependent on networks outside of our control. Delivery confirmation is provided when this is received from the recipient network but may not always be available. No refunds will be given for messages that are not delivered.
The coverage list is generated using the latest information provided by our network partners, while we take every effort to ensure its accuracy; there may be times when certain networks become unavailable. We cannot be held responsible for loss of coverage to a particular network.
Whether for maintenance or otherwise, there may be periods when you cannot access your SMSRoaming account due to the system being offline or unavailable. No refunds will be given for any period where SMSRoaming is unavailable.
SMSRoaming has the right to close or suspend any account which is deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions. This may be done so without notice or refund.
SMSRoaming conforms to the Australian Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1997 (C'th). Your details including the contents of all messages will never be sold or otherwise passed to third parties without your knowledge and consent, except where required by law enforcement agencies.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, your continued use of the service will represent acceptance of the revised agreement.
